Hi, today I’ll show you how to use my Simple Ebay Template Generator. If you want to sell something on Ebay and just want a simple template but looks attractive, then you’ve found the right place.
It’s very easy to use the generator.

Firstly, you need to open the Simple Ebay Template Maker page, then you need to put all the information of your item you want to list on Ebay. Please view the sample photo that I made below

After you put all the information, choose the color you want, then click the Preview button so you can view the template. As the result, I will have the template shown below.

If you like the template, then click on the line “Get source code for your auction template here” so you can get the code you need to put in you Ebay listing. When you’re at the code part, just Right Click/Choose Select All and copy the code to you Ebay listing as seen in the photo below (remember to click on the HTML tab).

After pasting the code, now you can click on the Standard Tab to view the listing again, view the photo below

If everything is fine, then you can list your item and now your listing looks more attractive and of course the result will much better than a simple listing.

Selling and buying on Ebay is fund but sometimes it’s not fun at all if you have a trouble with the transaction. I don’t mean all people on Ebay are bad but sometimes you may deal with a bad guy that’s why I write some of my experience on Ebay and hope this will help anyone who is shopping or selling on Ebay.

Tips for Buyers, when you want to buy something on Ebay:

1. Searching the product to find the best price
2. Reading carefully the listing in details
3. Check Seller’s Feedback to make sure other buyers had good experience with the Seller
4. Check warranty and return policy
5. After buying an item, check your email for tracking number if the Seller ship the item through Paypal. If you don’t receive any emails from Seller for tracking number or shipping information within 3 days, contact your Seller right away.
6. Keep tracking to see where the package is
7. Especially to value items, buyer should open Item Not Receive Case on Paypal with 7-10 days if the item ship within USA and 15-20 days for items that shipped from China or Hongkong
8. Contact Seller to resolve the problem if you received the item not as described, if the Seller won’t cooperate you need to open a Not As Described case on Ebay or Paypal.
9. If you’re happy with your purchase, then remember to leave feedback for Sellers so other people will have more information about Sellers and helps buyer know what kind of Sellers they’re dealing with.

Tips for Sellers, be ware of Scammer

1. Listing your item for sale in details as much as you can
2. Stated you warranty, payment, shipping & return policy clearly
3. Take pictures of the item for sale ( don’t use stock photo) this will help you just in case buyer open a not as described case
4. After selling the item and got the payment, you should ship the item as quick as you can, normally with 1-2 days is perfect time.
5. Only ship to the address that Paypal provided, if buyer email you and ask you to ship to a different address you shouldn’ do and ask them to provide the address they want you to ship to Paypal during check out process.
6. Remember to pack very carefully to protect your item from damage during shipping
7. Make sure your package has tracking number for delivery confirm. If a value item you should buy insurance and signature confirm that helps you in case buyer reports he/she didn’t receive the package or received a damaged package.
8. If you sell iphone, avoid to ship it outside US and never ship item to Africa, Nigeria, Russia. Buyers will ask you to put the value of the phone on custom form about half price of the final price you sold your item. Then they will scam you and open a case you sent them something else not the phone.
9. Be ware with chargeback case, Seller never win the chargeback case so if you have any chargeback case then you’re out of luck, you need to request buyer to return the item back to you or else they will have your item and money in their pocket for free.
10. Don’t leave feedback for buyers if you don’t receive feedback from them, I had many case after I left them feedback, they file a dispute with paypal or ebay or left you a negative feedback just for asking for a partial refund.
11. Keep all the shipping records in safe place in case you will need them.
